Jiuzhaigou, actually meaning"Nine-Village Valley"- the home of nine Tibetan towns. It is spotted in the profundities of the mountains in the fringe region of Nanping, Songpan and Pingwu regions in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of northwestern Sichuan Province.
